Yap is a good place for diving. It has virgin reefs with beautiful corals, sea caves, sea turtles and amazing grey sharks and barracudas that most divers would love to witness.
But the most famous attraction for divers would be Yap’s manta rays.

Kosrae’s economy still greatly depends on the cash economy of the United States. As part of the FSM the state receives US funding through the Compact Agreement which is set to run until the year 2001.

Kosraean is the local language, most people also speak English.
Pohnpei – Location and Geographic Description
Pohnpei is perched atop the equator in the west-central Pacific Ocean. Its exact location is 6 degrees 54′ N Latitude and 158 degrees 14′ E Longitude.
Pohnpei is one of the four states that comprises the Federated States of Micronesia, or FSM. Made up of more than two dozen outer islands and atolls, the state’s largest island, Pohnpei, is the largest in the FSM and accounts for almost half of its total land area.

According to the latest census, Pohnpei has a population of 34,486, 2,091 of which are living in the outer islands.
