Japanese Instagrammers tout healing in the Marianas

(MVA) — Instagrammers of online travel site Tabi MUSE are touting the healing properties of a vacation in the Marianas.

Tabi MUSE, based in Japan, targets women in their 20s and 30s who are interested in travel and fashion.

Earlier this month, popular Japanese Instagrammers Sakie Ninomiya and Nanako Saito visited Saipan for two articles titled, “Healing Islands-The Marianas” and “Travel Treats for All Busy Working Women.”

“With its stunning nature, clean environment, and peaceful community, the Marianas are a perfect place to rejuvenate mind, body, and spirit,” said Marianas Visitors Authority marketing manager Bruce Bateman. “We want to share this message and have more visitors choose the Marianas as a healing oasis.”

While in Saipan, the Instagrammers visited Managaha, went snorkeling at Grotto, indulged themselves at Mandi Asian Spa, took in the sunset at Micro Beach, participated in yoga at Hyatt Club Elan, visited Kensington Hotel poolside, and toured Paupau Beach, Bird Island Lookout, Church of Christ. They visited T Galleria, I Love Saipan, Mariana Ocean, and Hafa Adai Shopping Center for shopping. The pair also dined at Avenue Restaurant, Michelle’s Pool Bar at Aqua Resort Club, Sabalu Market, Mango Six, and Hyatt Regency Saipan, where they also lodged during their familiarization tour.

Tabi MUSE receives 15,000-20,000 page views per article. The two articles are anticipated to bring the Marianas $18,000 in ad exposure value.
