At  9 a.m. on Saturday, Commonwealth Healthcare Corp.-Public Health Emergency Prepareness director Warren Villagomez turned over the keys to the facility to KCHC chief executive officer Vince Castro.  “It went through the right process,” the governor said. The Department of Public Lands designated the property to the governor’s office which then signed an MOU with KCHC.  Castro said KCHC will re-open the facility starting Monday.  For more information, call 783-7102.
